Some people engage through sessions, retreats, or movement practices.
Others choose to support the work more quietly.

Support is optional and does not create access, priority, or belonging.

What Support Does

Financial support helps cover:

  • time spent developing and maintaining offerings
  • writing and podcast creation
  • administrative and basic operating costs

Support allows the work to continue without urgency or overextension.
