This morning I woke up slowly.
No plans. No urgency. Just the soft feeling of being guided by something gentle and alive within me.
My eyes landed on an empty bottle from an old home fragrance. Instead of throwing it away, a question came through:
“Could I make my own?”
So I followed that tiny spark.
I grabbed my phone and started searching how to make my own natural home scent. I remembered the lemongrass growing in the garden — something I had only recently discovered and begun turning into tea. It smells so fresh, I thought. Maybe I could work with that.
While reading, I even learned it repels mosquitos, which made me laugh because I had no idea.
As I walked to the garden, nature gifted me something unexpected: fallen rose petals. They felt like another perfect ingredient, as if the earth was joining my little experiment. It brought back memories of being a child — curious, playful, trying new things simply for the joy of it.
I collected the lemongrass and the petals, washed them, and placed them in the sun to dry.

Meanwhile, I experimented with baking soda and a few drops of Ravintsara essential oil — the same oil a retired French pilot I met in a dance class recommended years ago to protect myself from viruses. Back then, it made no sense to me, but now it feels like a piece of a larger picture clicking into place.
I even took an empty glass bottle from my bedroom and filled it with oil, a splash of alcohol, and the essence I had extracted from rosemary and orange peel some weeks earlier. Suddenly, all these small, forgotten moments of my life came together, forming something new and unexpectedly meaningful.
And I laughed to myself.
Because I was never a plant person.
My friends still joke about how even cactuses used to die with me.
I grew up in a city without a garden — and yet here I am, making herbal tea, planting mint, and remembering something ancient in my bones.
Something my mind would have never planned.
Something that only reveals itself when I am still.
The Feminine Way of Building a Business
As I was standing in the kitchen, mixing herbs and breathing in the scent of lemongrass, something inside me softened.
And suddenly I felt it:
This is how women are meant to create.
Not through effort or force.
Not from stress, pressure, or checking the clock.
Not through “figuring it out.”
But through flow.
Through slowness.
Through presence.
Through intuition whispering the next step.
The world conditioned us to believe that building a business must feel like discipline, grit, sacrifice, strategy, and constant momentum.
But our bodies — and our souls — remember another way.
A way where mornings guide us.
Where joy becomes the compass.
Where creativity rises naturally when we stop rushing life.
Where inspiration meets us in the quiet moments we allow ourselves to feel.
This is the new path.
A path many women are awakening to.
A path where your mission grows from inner alignment — not burnout.
Where your work becomes an extension of your essence, not an escape from yourself.
Why I’m Sharing This
Because I believe the future is being shaped by women who remember themselves.
Women who create from their hearts.
Women who lead from intuition.
Women who listen before they act.
Women who let life guide their next step instead of forcing one.
May your intuition become your business partner.
Your feminine flow becomes your structure.
And you grow your mission without losing your soul in the process.
A Heart Question
What part of you is quietly asking to slow down… so it can finally guide your next chapter?
