Surfskate & Presence — Extended Sessions

Movement as Awareness. Presence on Wheels.

This is not a surfskate class in the traditional sense.

Surfskate & Presence is a slower, more spacious way of working with movement, where surfskating becomes a tool for awareness rather than performance or progression.

Here, movement is not something to master.
It’s something to listen to.

Who This Is For

This offering may resonate if you:

  • feel drawn to conscious, attentive movement
  • want to slow down and relate differently to your body
  • are curious about presence through motion rather than instruction
  • prefer fewer words and more sensing

No prior surfskate or surf experience is required.

What Makes This Different

Compared to Surfskate Sessions, these extended sessions:

  • move at a slower, more organic pace
  • focus less on technique and more on sensation
  • include pauses, breath, and moments of stillness
  • invite awareness of patterns in movement and attention

Surfskating becomes feedback, not a task.

What to Expect
